Delegate Acquisition Sales Executive (Onsite/Remote)

About the role

IQPC is looking for a driven Delegate Acquisition Sales Executive to join its Delegate Acquisition team. You will prospect new clients, build relationships with senior business professionals, and drive revenue through our world‑class conferences and events.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new clients via outbound outreach, networking and lead generation.
• Conduct sales calls, presentations and consultations to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
• Manage client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development, prospecting, client acquisition, telesales or other customer‑facing roles.
• Fresh graduates with relevant sales, retail or customer‑engagement experience will also be considered.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong relationship‑building mindset with a focus on customer success.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales‑tracking tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
• Experience in the conference, events or B2B sector is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail or a related field preferred.
