Deal Lead - Corporate & Institutional Banking (Real Estate)

About the role

Macquarie's Corporate and Institutional Banking team serves large and sophisticated investors in the Australian real estate market, with exposure across core and alternative commercial real estate sectors. As a Deal Lead in this team, you will originate, structure and execute complex lending transactions for institutional clients, lead new origination opportunities and foster strategic relationships.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in real estate finance across a broad range of asset classes
• A proven track record of delivering results, with expertise in structuring and negotiating complex lending terms
• Exceptional communication skills, able to influence stakeholders and build long-standing client relationships
• Demonstrated proficiency in using AI tools and technologies to improve productivity, decision-making and business outcomes
• Commitment to building a high-performance, values-driven team
