Data Insights Analyst (Entry / Junior)

About the role

We are looking for a Data Insights Analyst at entry‑level to turn raw data into clear, actionable business insights. The role supports decision‑making across strategy, operations and performance improvement by analysing diverse datasets and communicating findings to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, trends, anomalies and performance gaps.
• Prepare, clean and validate data from multiple internal and external sources ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Build and maintain dashboards, charts and visual reports for weekly and monthly insight delivery.
• Translate analytical results into business‑friendly insights that support strategic and tactical decisions.
• Collaborate with finance, product, operations and other teams to understand business questions and deliver analytical solutions.
• Contribute to improving reporting processes, standardising metrics and identifying automation opportunities.

Required profile

• Entry‑level or junior candidate with a strong interest in data‑driven decision support.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings in a clear, business‑oriented manner.
