Data Insight Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven and curious Data Insight Analyst to support marketing, customer, and business initiatives through actionable analytics and insights. You will measure campaign performance, spot trends, and translate complex data into recommendations that drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, analyse, and interpret data from multiple systems and platforms.
• Measure and evaluate marketing campaigns, personalised offers, and customer lifecycle programmes.
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities and key business drivers within large data sets.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and uncover actionable customer and business insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and visualisations using BI tools.
• Present complex findings in a simple, impactful manner to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance and BI stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity in reporting and analysis.
• Deliver data‑driven recommendations to improve customer and business performance.

Required profile

• Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, customer analytics or marketing analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and data‑storytelling skills.
• Experience measuring campaign performance and customer behaviour is highly desirable.

Required skills

• SQL – strong proficiency working with large data sets.
• Power BI, Tableau or Looker – experience building dashboards and self‑service reporting solutions.
• Python or R – preferred for advanced analysis.
