Data Analyst & Engineer – Loyalty & Data Platform

About the role

Data Analyst and Engineer will design, build and maintain data pipelines, models and reporting for World360 Rewards, enabling accurate loyalty insights and data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot data‑related issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Design, develop and maintain data pipelines, lakes and lakehouse environments.
• Create and implement data models that support business analytics.
• Integrate data from internal and external systems to provide a unified view.
• Analyse and report on loyalty metrics such as member lifetime value, earn and redemption rates.

Required profile

• 4+ years delivering analytics solutions, preferably in retail or customer‑facing environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Experience collaborating across data, technology and business teams.

Required skills

• Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate (desirable).
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate (desirable).
• Strong proficiency in SQL, descriptive analytics and Power BI.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure cloud ETL tools and Azure DevOps.
• Experience building modern data infrastructure, ETL pipelines and data lakes.
