Cyber Service Delivery Manager

About the role

The Cyber Service Delivery Manager ensures that cybersecurity services are delivered effectively, meet business requirements, and achieve SLA targets. This role acts as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, cybersecurity teams, managed security service providers, and IT operations to maintain a strong security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of cybersecurity services.
• Monitor service performance against SLAs, KPIs, and operational targets.
• Conduct regular service review meetings with stakeholders and vendors.
• Ensure timely resolution of service incidents, problems, and escalations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for cybersecurity service‑related matters.
• Build and maintain relationships with business units, IT teams, and third‑party providers.
• Communicate security risks, service performance, and improvement initiatives to leadership.
• Manage relationships with MSSPs and security vendors, reviewing performance and contract compliance.
• Drive service improvement plans where performance gaps exist.
• Ensure cybersecurity services are delivered compliantly and align with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing delivery of cybersecurity or related IT services.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with managed security service providers and security vendors.
• Ability to monitor and report on service performance metrics.
• Knowledge of governance, compliance, and security best practices.
