Cyber Security - One Identity Engineer / Consultant

About the role

EY is looking for a hands-on One Identity professional to join its Cyber Security team and help some of Australia's largest organisations strengthen their Identity and Access Management capabilities. You will design, implement, support and optimise enterprise identity solutions, improving identity governance, automating access management and strengthening cyber resilience. The role is hybrid, based in Melbourne or Sydney, with a minimum expectation of three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure and support One Identity Manager
• Manage the identity lifecycle, including provisioning and access governance
• Handle application onboarding and target system integrations
• Integrate Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
• Build IT shop, access request workflows and role-based access controls
• Support identity governance, compliance and attestation processes
• Troubleshoot identity, synchronisation and provisioning issues
• Work with API integrations, automation and scripting

Required profile

• Hands-on experience with One Identity Manager is essential
• Experience in complex enterprise environments
• Ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders
• Passion for Identity and Access Management and cyber security
• Consulting, delivery or operational support experience in enterprise environments is valued
