Customer Success Consultant

About the role

As a Customer Success Consultant at Compass Education you will act as a trusted strategic advisor to a portfolio of schools, helping them realise the full value of the Compass ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end consulting experience for a portfolio of schools, from implementation and training to ongoing partnership.
• Lead complex implementations across the Compass product suite, including module adoption and partner integrations.
• Build trusted relationships with senior school stakeholders and serve as the primary contact for all Compass‑related matters.
• Use adoption and usage data to shape success plans, surface risk and lead evidence‑based business reviews.
• Partner with Sales and Product to identify expansion opportunities and drive renewal conversations focused on retention.

Required profile

• Experience in a consulting or equivalent customer‑facing role.
• Strong understanding of the Australian school environment or ability to quickly acquire deep domain knowledge in regulated sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, adaptable across business managers to executives.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation and self‑management skills, with commercial awareness focused on retention and growth.

Required skills

• Demonstrated AI fluency in day‑to‑day work.
• Ability to analyse Compass adoption data and translate product capabilities into outcomes for school leaders.
