Customer Service Team Leader - Pimpama

About the role

The Good Guys is hiring a Customer Service Team Leader in Pimpama, reporting to the Customer Service Manager. The role is an integral part of the customer-facing team and coordinates and supervises the store's operational functions to support the store culture and profitable sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the knowledge and capability of the operations team using the coaching model and development framework.
• Supervise administration processes and systems, ensuring compliance with core policies and standard procedures.
• Support the management team so administrative activities meet compliance and legislative requirements, with emphasis on safety, including in-store processes, incident reporting and training.
• Manage multi-channel fulfilment in line with procedures, including online, commercial and click & collect orders.
• Work with the team to deliver a positive store and channel experience, resolving customer complaints and queries as required.
• Contribute to the brand and store experience through quality merchandising, in-store marketing and presentation.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Keep improving skills and knowledge through online platforms and other development opportunities.
