About the role
As a Customer Service Representative you will be the front‑line face of the store, delivering friendly and efficient service to every guest. You will keep the shop clean, well‑stocked and inviting while handling a fast‑paced environment that requires strong multitasking and time‑management skills.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organise merchandise displays.
- Monitor stock levels, replenish shelves and manage inventory as needed.
- Handle moderate to heavy lifting and reach for products safely.
- Promote current specials, product ranges and up‑sell where appropriate.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, early mornings, weekends and public holidays.
Required profile
- Strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand on feet for long periods and perform physical tasks.
- Willingness to learn product information and store procedures.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
