About the role

This fully remote position supports customers across Australia through phone, video (Zoom) and online chat. You will help clients resolve inquiries, navigate services and complete enrollment processes while delivering a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide responsive, professional support via phone, Zoom and virtual channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries, enrollment steps and general service guidance.
