Customer Service Representative – Port Noarlunga

About the role

Join Fielders’ Port Noarlunga team as a Customer Service Representative, supporting the delivery of steel building products across Australia. You will be the front‑line contact for architects, engineers, builders and property owners, handling enquiries by phone, email and face‑to‑face.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with internal and external customers, managing enquiries through multiple channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, warehouse and sales teams to meet product specifications, packaging requirements and delivery schedules.
• Prepare, follow up and update customer quotes, supporting sales branches nationwide.
• Provide feedback on customer and competitor information to the sales team.
• Resolve issues promptly and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records in company systems and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Required profile

• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong customer focus with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
• Ability to quickly learn and use custom IT systems.
