About the role
Globus Medical is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide administrative support for billing, purchase order collection, and invoicing. The role involves maintaining customer and surgeon data, generating reports, and assisting the sales team with revenue collection.
Key responsibilities
- Process internal and external customer quotes and manage purchase order acquisition.
- Enter, update, and retrieve customer/surgeon data in the database and generate formatted reports.
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers and address complaints.
- Support the sales team with past sales history, revenue collection, and reporting tasks.
Required profile
- High level of quality awareness, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, organizational, problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently, multitask and handle priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
