Customer Service Representative

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at Bostik, you will deliver first‑class experiences for customers by handling enquiries, resolving issues and collaborating across departments. The position is based in the Southbank office and works closely with sales and logistics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer sales orders, backorders, credits, returns and pricing requests.
• Handle inbound calls and emails, providing basic technical support.
• Coordinate freight and shipping, delivering accurate ETAs.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication.
• Support the sales team with customer requests and general ad‑hoc duties.

Required profile

• Prior customer service experience, preferably with EDI knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver positive client experiences.

Required skills

• EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) experience.
