Customer Service Agent – Travel

About the role

Join Luxury Escapes as a full‑time Customer Service Agent in Melbourne, delivering exceptional support to travellers across email and phone channels. You’ll help resolve enquiries quickly to ensure unforgettable holiday experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide superior customer experiences, aiming for first‑contact resolution.
• Handle a high volume of emails and phone calls while meeting quality, productivity and QA targets.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Luxury Escapes products, promotions and services.
• Accurately capture and manage interactions within agreed timeframes.
• Promote offers, retain customers and contribute ideas for service improvement.

Required profile

• Comfortable with a high volume of calls and flexible shift patterns (7 am‑10 pm, 7 days a week).
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong attention to detail.
• Passionate about customer service and travel.
• Previous travel‑industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.
