Customer Service Representative – Call Centre

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, professional Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers in the Southern Suburbs of Brisbane. You will handle enquiries across phone, email and online channels, resolve issues promptly, and help maintain a positive brand reputation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast‑paced interaction and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and online platforms.
• Provide accurate information and solutions in a timely, professional manner.
• Manage requests, complaints and follow‑up actions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records in internal systems.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently.
• Process orders, bookings or service requests as required.
• Meet service level agreements and customer service KPIs.
• Assist with general administration and data entry tasks.
• Build strong relationships with customers to uphold the company’s reputation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, contact centre or administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and professional phone manner.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and quick thinking.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping customers.
