Customer Service Rep / Warehouse Admin

About the role

HOBAN Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Service Representative for a fast-paced logistics and warehousing environment in Yennora, NSW. The role acts as a key point of contact for customers while supporting warehouse and transport operations, working closely with those teams to meet customer expectations and keep processes running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with assigned customers
• Respond to customer enquiries, provide solutions and escalate issues when required
• Manage customer complaints and resolve matters where possible
• Maintain accurate warehouse and transport documentation and prepare KPI reports for customers
• Process orders, stock transfers, billing and other administrative activities according to standard operating procedures
• Assist with stocktakes, customer visits and other site-based activities
• Comply with Work Health & Safety, quality and Chain of Responsibility policies

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Customer Service, Customer Support or Logistics Administration role
• Experience in transport, logistics, warehousing or supply chain environments
• Strong communication, problem-solving and complaint resolution skills
• Proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team, with good attention to detail

Required skills

• Intermediate Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
• Experience with warehouse or transport management systems is desirable

What we offer

• Monday to Friday roster, 9:00am to 5:00pm, full-time hours
• Pay of $34.96 per hour, with superannuation
