Customer Service Officer – Risk Services

About the role

Join Capricorn's Risk Services team as a Customer Service Officer. This phone‑based role delivers front‑line service, providing accurate risk product quotes and supporting members and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal protection quotes for members.
• Generate certificates of currency.
• Process adjustments, endorsements and memberships.
• Manage a high‑volume inbox, balancing competing priorities.
• Identify collaboration opportunities with the Risk Sales team to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working in a call centre environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening.
• Proven problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Effective time‑management and prioritisation.
• Ability to handle escalated customer inquiries.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Team‑oriented mindset and collaborative work style.
