Customer Service Officer

About the role

EzyStrut, part of ASX-listed Korvest Ltd, supplies and manufactures cable support systems for the mining, oil and gas, communications, transport infrastructure and energy industries across Australia. Due to extensive growth, it is appointing a Customer Service Officer to its new facility in Richlands, Queensland. You will report to the Customer Service Team Leader and build strong customer relationships while supporting day-to-day sales.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships
• Process telephone orders
• Provide timely quotations
• Support day-to-day sales activities

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer service, sales or administration role
• Experience dealing with wholesalers, customers and distributors in the electrical, mechanical or similar industries (advantageous)
• Intermediate level computer skills

• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Passion for customer service
