Customer Service Officer

About the role

Join Unitywater’s Customer Experience team to be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or at the reception desk. You will provide timely, accurate support and advice while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer enquiries, resolve problems and provide information promptly.
• Use Unitywater policies and systems to manage requests, issues and feedback.
• Log and resolve customer interactions efficiently.
• Identify process improvements and share ideas to enhance service.
• Follow WH&S practices and participate in safety initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or a contact centre.
• Tech‑savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Natural problem‑solver who can think on their feet.
• Team‑oriented, open to feedback and eager to develop.
• Valid C Class driver’s licence (essential).
