About the role
Join Sydney Trains as a Customer Service Attendant on the Intercity network, supporting passengers at Wyong and surrounding stations. You will be the friendly face that helps travellers who need extra assistance and ensures a safe, pleasant journey.
Key responsibilities
- Assist passengers with boarding, alighting and any special needs during their journey.
- Flag trains, operate mobile applications and communicate with train crew to maintain smooth operations.
- Maintain station cleanliness and safety standards.
- Work a rotating roster covering early mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Be flexible to work at other stations within a 90‑minute radius of Wyong as required.
Required profile
- Positive, reliable attitude with experience in customer‑facing roles.
- Ability to work autonomously, take initiative and adapt to changing operational needs.
- Willingness to work a rotating roster and travel to multiple locations.
- Own transport is beneficial for out‑of‑hours shifts.
