Customer Service Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Officer to join a leading Australian brand in the bathroom and tiling industry. Based at our busy distribution centre in Kemps Creek, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking product information, order updates, and delivery details.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone and email enquiries about product specifications, order status, stock availability and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to resolve issues, track orders and conduct occasional physical stock checks.
• Maintain accurate order records and customer profiles using CRM software and Microsoft Excel.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in building supplies, plumbing, bathroom fixtures or tiling.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a focus on efficient problem‑solving.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with CRM or ERP systems.
• Reliable transport to attend the Kemps Creek site daily and permanent residency status.
