About the role

Join Cleanaway’s supportive team in Malaga, WA as a Customer Service Officer. You will be the friendly voice that builds relationships, resolves issues and contributes to a sustainable future.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow customer relationships using proven retention and satisfaction strategies.
• Handle service requests through Salesforce CRM, aiming for first‑call resolution.
• Process pricing queries and coordinate compliance approvals.
• Investigate, log and resolve customer complaints to achieve positive outcomes.
• Monitor and record inbound and outbound call and email activity.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Calm under pressure and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency.

Required skills

• Salesforce CRM (experience is a bonus, not essential).
• Excel.
