Customer Service Manager - Broome Chinatown

About the role

Coles is looking for a Customer Service Manager for its Broome Chinatown store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will have full accountability for the day-to-day running of the customer service department and front of store operations, including the checkouts and customer service desk. The goal is to keep the store exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for customers, team members and the local community.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements
• Maintain excellent service standards by keeping the checkout area clean and safe for team members and customers
• Drive a one-team culture that puts team members' health, safety and wellbeing first
• Be customer focused and continuously improve understanding of diverse customers to deliver an outstanding shopping experience

Required profile

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Proven leadership experience
