About the role
A customer service inbound position based full-time in the Frenchs Forest office, recruiting people who want to move away from retail or hospitality into a stable corporate career. You will be the voice of key client brands, helping customers with queries, solving problems on the spot and handling correspondence accurately.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer calls with empathy, patience and clear communication
- Troubleshoot enquiries and deliver practical first-call resolutions
- Record case details, notes and outcomes in internal CRM databases
- Handle follow-up emails and administrative tasks
- Work with supportive team leaders to maintain high service standards
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, reception or contact centres
- Comfortable working with computers
- Willingness to complete a routine National Police Clearance
