Customer Service Executive

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our Customer Service team in Sydney. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will deliver exceptional service to internal and external conference customers, handling registrations, payments and enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Process delegate registrations, payments and cancellations accurately in the registration database.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email, taking ownership of queries and ensuring timely resolution.
• Liaise with internal departments to guarantee smooth registration and arrival processes for events.
• Adhere to procedures, deadlines and service level agreements while maintaining high quality standards.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multi‑tasking, prioritisation and organisational abilities.
• Attention to detail and a proactive, flexible attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience with SAP (preferred) or similar registration systems.
