Customer Service Consultant

About the role

Aidacare is looking for a Customer Service Consultant in Bendigo, Victoria, working full-time permanent hours Monday to Friday. You will act as a frontline troubleshooter, resolving customer issues by phone or email and helping build positive relationships with Aidacare through excellent sales skills, superior administration and stellar customer support. You will also assist customers in the showroom from time to time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage order processing, digital stock movement and customer databases with high accuracy
• Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently
• Keep up to date with products and services and use that knowledge to improve the customer experience
• Help customers place orders accurately and on time, and track and process them
• Foster strong, positive relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business
• Provide excellent customer service by phone and email

Required profile

• Previous customer service or industry experience preferred, but not essential
• Entry to mid level; reports to the Territory Manager
• Ability to navigate computer systems to manage customer interactions and records
• Ability to analyse situations and think critically to find solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
