Customer Service Consultant

About the role

As a Customer Service Consultant at Aidacare, you will be the frontline troubleshooter, delivering excellent sales support and resolving customer issues via phone and email. You will help build positive relationships and create a strong first impression for our healthcare equipment customers.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Aidacare products and services to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist customers with accurate order placement, tracking, and processing.
• Foster strong, positive relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Provide excellent service over the phone and email, ensuring a great first impression.

Required profile

• Previous customer service or industry experience preferred, but not essential.
• Adept at navigating computer systems to manage interactions and records.
• Ability to analyse situations and think critically to find solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain composed in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
