Customer Service Consultant – Call Centre

About the role

Aussie Broadband is looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join its call centre team. You will work 8‑hour shifts on a rotating roster between 8 am and 12 am, Monday to Sunday, including public holidays, committing to a full‑time 37.5‑hour week.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and provide accurate information about broadband and mobile services.
• Assist customers with account queries, billing issues, and service troubleshooting.
• Enter and update customer data accurately in internal systems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a high‑quality, empathetic customer experience.

Required profile

• Interest in learning about the telecommunications industry.
• Curiosity about IT and technology.
• Background in accounts or customer service.
• Strong computer proficiency and comfort with basic data entry.
• Warm, clear communication style with an empathetic, collaborative approach.
