About the role
Join the St George Hornsby branch as a Customer Service Advisor, providing frontline banking support to customers and helping them meet their financial needs.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with everyday banking transactions and inquiries.
- Offer tailored solutions and identify opportunities to introduce additional financial products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow‑up actions.
Required profile
- Clear and confident communication to build strong customer relationships.
- Strong time‑management and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (alternative Saturdays may be required).
