Customer Sales & Service - Repco Young (Casual)

About the role

Repco is hiring a casual Customer Sales & Service / Retail Assistant in Young to provide after-market auto products in a retail and trade environment. The goal is to give every customer a great shopping experience in person, by phone and online. The role requires flexible hours throughout the week, including weekends, and involves lifting, bending and climbing.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a safety focus for yourself, your teammates and customers
• Provide genuine service and create memorable moments with customers
• Use strong customer service to support positive sales performance
• Maintain high showroom presentation and merchandising standards
• Process stock: receive, dispatch and store goods
• Be an enthusiastic, cooperative and collaborative team member

Required profile

• Availability for flexible hours, including weekends
• No industry knowledge required; applications welcome from people without prior experience
