Customer Sales & Service - Repco Forrestdale (Casual)

About the role

Repco is hiring a casual Customer Sales & Service / Retail Assistant at its Forrestdale store. The role centres on after-market auto products in a retail and trade environment, helping each customer have a great experience in person, by phone and online.

Key responsibilities

• Keep a safety focus for yourself, your teammates and customers
• Provide genuine service and create memorable moments with customers
• Use strong customer service to support positive sales performance
• Maintain excellent showroom presentation and merchandising standards
• Process stock: receive, dispatch and store goods
• Contribute to a positive, cooperative team culture

Required profile

• A current driver's licence is preferred, as the role may involve occasional deliveries and ad hoc driving
• The role involves lifting, bending and climbing
• No industry knowledge required; applications welcome from people without prior experience
