About the role
Repco is hiring a casual Retail Assistant (Customer Sales & Service) at its Kippa Ring store. The role centres on after-market auto products in a retail and trade environment, helping each customer have a great experience in person, by phone and online.
Key responsibilities
- Keep a safety focus for yourself, your teammates and customers
- Provide genuine service and create positive moments with customers
- Use strong customer service to support positive sales performance
- Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards
- Process stock: receive, dispatch and store goods
- Be an enthusiastic, cooperative and collaborative team member
The role involves lifting, bending and climbing. People without industry knowledge are welcome to apply.
