Customer Pricing Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Customer Pricing Administrator to join our team in Queensland or Melbourne. You will act as the central hub for pricing and tender requests, supporting sales, customer service and suppliers to ensure accurate, timely quotes that protect margins and follow company policy.

Key responsibilities

• Process pricing requests from Trade Account Managers, Project Sales and internal stakeholders with precision.
• Prepare customer quotes and tender submissions, safeguarding approved cost structures.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and confirm product availability.
• Respond promptly to pricing enquiries from internal teams and customers.
• Maintain accurate pricing records in line with audit requirements.
• Partner with Trade Account Managers to develop pricing strategies that balance customer needs and business goals.
• Monitor tender timelines and coordinate tasks to meet submission deadlines.
• Identify and escalate any pricing discrepancies or margin concerns.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives for pricing processes.

Required profile

• Experience in the building supplies or FOW industry is highly regarded.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with a professional, adaptable approach.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Sound judgement and problem‑solving skills.
