Customer Engagement Specialist - Small Business Lending

About the role

ANZ is looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist in Brisbane to connect with a high volume of new and existing customers and identify lending opportunities. The role provides working capital solutions to help small businesses start, run and grow. It is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week) based at 17/111 Eagle Street, Brisbane.

Key responsibilities

• Pursue existing small business customer leads actively
• Provide high-quality customer service and solutioning to a wide portfolio of small business customers
• Apply a broad understanding of product application
• Build and maintain a strong internal network
• Meet and exceed performance targets
• Make outbound calls to existing and new small business customers
• Refer leads to specialist teams

Required profile

• Business development: partnering with individuals and organisations to pursue strategic initiatives, relationships and opportunities that drive commercial value
• Customer solutioning: understanding customer needs and offering relevant products or services
• Business analysis: translating business requirements into solutions by understanding needs, feasibility and impact
• Planning and prioritisation: planning and tracking work, including people, process and technology implications and dependencies
