Customer Engagement Lead - Mobile Lending

About the role

ANZ is hiring a Customer Engagement Lead for its Mobile Lending division in Dockland, Melbourne. The role drives customer engagement and lead generation, designs and delivers engagement programs, creates content and works with key stakeholders to grow the business and improve the customer experience. It is a permanent, full-time position of 40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Mobile Lending customer engagement roadmap, campaign calendar and delivery plans.
• Lead end-to-end engagement initiatives, from planning and content creation through to launch and performance measurement.
• Create clear, engaging and customer-focused content across multiple channels.
• Partner with Marketing, Digital, Product, Data and Distribution teams on lead-generation activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and customer insights to find optimisation opportunities.
• Manage priorities, timelines, approvals, risks and stakeholder communications across initiatives.
• Ensure all activities comply with ANZ's privacy, compliance, brand and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Experience developing and managing customer engagement, communications or campaign programs.
• Proven stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.
• Experience using customer and performance insights to improve engagement and business outcomes.
• Strong planning, organisation and project management skills, able to manage competing priorities.
• Customer-first mindset and sound understanding of governance, risk and compliance.
• Bonus points: financial services, home lending or other highly regulated industry experience; knowledge of CRM, marketing automation or digital analytics platforms; lead generation, customer journeys, sales funnels and conversion optimisation; experience setting up new engagement programs, governance frameworks or content processes.
