Customer Enablement Specialist

About the role

Resly, a hospitality management software company, is hiring a Customer Enablement Specialist to own the critical phase between onboarding and long-term success. The role works with customers who have gone live, helping them deepen their understanding of the platform, build confidence and transition smoothly into Support and Account Management. It is remote, open to Australia and New Zealand, and pays $78,000 - $83,000.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of customers post-go-live and guide them through the early success phase
• Deliver follow-up training and education to deepen product adoption
• Identify usage gaps and proactively support customers to get full value from the platform
• Ensure a structured handover from Onboarding into Support and Account Management
• Act as a bridge between teams so the handover is clear and continuous
• Monitor early customer health signals and address risks before they escalate
• Capture feedback and identify ways to improve the post-onboarding journey
• Collaborate closely with Onboarding, Support and Account Management teams

Required profile

• Experience in customer success, onboarding, enablement or a similar customer-facing role (ideally in SaaS)
• Strong communication and training skills, able to build customer confidence
• Highly organised, able to manage several customers and transitions at once
• Proactive, collaborative and comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment

Nice to have

• Hospitality or property management systems experience
• Familiarity with Intercom, HubSpot or other CRM tools
• Customer health tracking or lifecycle management experience
• Training, onboarding or implementation background
