Join TAL’s Customer Communications team to shape the moments that matter in customers’ policy journeys, ensuring clear, timely and trusted information about their cover.

Key responsibilities

• Create clear, customer‑focused communications that simplify complex life insurance information.
• Ensure mandatory correspondence meets regulatory, business and brand requirements across TAL and alliance partners.
• Translate stakeholder needs into effective communication outcomes.
• Coordinate approvals with internal and external partners to deliver compliant communications.
• Deliver communications within project timeframes supporting key customer lifecycle and campaign moments.
• Maintain strong document governance for accuracy, consistency and version control.

Required profile

• 2+ years’ experience in customer, mandatory or regulated communications.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, telecommunications or another regulated environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and accurately with strong attention to detail.
• Confident collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and contribute within project teams.
