Customer Care Executive

About the role

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Customer Care Executive to join its Acacia Ridge team in Brisbane. You will use your customer‑service background to build strong relationships, manage client enquiries and support the delivery of technician jobs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to national and key clients.
• Draw up contracts for services offered and process purchase orders.
• Plan and book technician jobs to ensure smooth client service.
• Liaise with customers daily, handling enquiries and proactively resolving issues.
• Support the Customer Services, Sales, Services and Operations teams to meet targets.
• Make outgoing calls to the existing client database to promote products and services.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar customer‑service, administration or account‑management role.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and operate autonomously.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to pass a pre‑employment medical and background checks.

Required skills

• Intermediate computer skills.
