Customer Care Coordinator

About the role

Nakedvice, an Australian fashion brand founded in 2014, is looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join its growing Operations team. The role delivers an exceptional customer experience across all customer touchpoints, from pre-purchase enquiries through to post-purchase support, working closely with Operations and Head Office teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a consistent, brand-led experience across email, live chat, phone and social channels
• Handle enquiries about product advice, sizing, styling, orders, deliveries, returns and exchanges
• Own customer issues from enquiry to resolution
• Work with Warehouse Operations and shipping partners to resolve order and delivery issues
• Support sales conversion and retention through personalised recommendations and proactive communication
• Manage daily customer care workflows and systems, keeping response times and accuracy high
• Identify process improvements and share customer feedback insights with relevant teams
• Collaborate with E-Commerce, Marketing, Merchandise and Product teams

Required profile

• 2+ years in customer care, customer experience or a similar role, ideally in fashion e-commerce
• Passion for building long-term customer relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence in email, live chat and phone
• Problem-solving, organisation and time management skills
• Commercial mindset and alignment with Nakedvice values

Required skills

• Experience with Shopify and customer service platforms is highly regarded
