Customer Care Consultant – Scoresby

About the role

Join the Customer Care team to be the go‑to person for customers needing support. You’ll handle enquiries, investigate solutions, manage orders and collaborate across the business to deliver an outstanding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email.
• Manage enquiries, resolve issues quickly and follow up on orders to meet delivery expectations.
• Investigate and escalate issues when required, building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support administrative tasks while maintaining accurate records.

Required profile

• Previous customer service experience (2+ years preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, manage competing priorities and work well in a team.
