Customer Service Officer

About the role

A globally recognised leader in consumer electronics and home appliances is recruiting a customer service officer in Scoresby. You will work in a friendly, supportive team handling inbound customer service for warranty and order enquiries, using your communication and problem-solving skills to understand what customers need and give them the right solutions.

Schedule: Monday to Friday on a rotating roster, 8:30am to 7:00pm, 37.5 hours per week, with occasional Saturdays at penalty rates.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build rapport
• Handle inbound calls and emails professionally and efficiently
• Assist customers with warranty and order enquiries
• Manage customer returns and credit requests
• Keep customers updated and informed
• Find practical solutions that meet customer needs

Required profile

• Previous call centre or customer service experience
• Enjoys helping people and thrives in a busy, customer-focused environment
• Positive, proactive approach

Required skills

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organised
• Intermediate computer skills
