Customer Care Consultant - Hearing Health

About the role

A growing health and audiology business in the Adelaide city fringe (less than 10 minutes from the CBD) is hiring a Customer Care Consultant. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with hybrid flexibility and no weekend work. It is an outbound position where the consultant acts as the first point of contact for the community, educating people about hearing health and helping them take the first step toward better quality of life.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to connect with members of the public and engage them in conversations about their hearing health
• Deliver information on hearing care and guide customers toward the right solutions for their needs
• Book hearing tests and consultations for customers with the specialists
• Navigate and master multiple internal software systems and databases to track customer journeys

Required profile

• A customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for helping people, empathy and resilience
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to build quick rapport over the phone
• Background in customer service (retail, hospitality or call centres is highly regarded)
• Comfort navigating multiple computer screens and systems at once
