Customer Banking Specialist Relief - Moora

About the role

The Commonwealth Bank is looking for a Customer Banking Specialist to join its Moora Branch Hub, working across the Moora, Jurien Bay and Dalwallinu branch locations. The role is available part-time at 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm, and a full-time opportunity can be discussed. It sits within the bank's Multi-Channel Branches, which split their days between phone-based contact centre work and face-to-face retail service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with general banking transactions and answer questions and queries
• Build a personal connection with customers through face-to-face conversation and direct channels
• Help customers use in-branch technology and digital banking options
• Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs
• Process applications for personal loans, credit cards and associated products
• Use tools to capture customer feedback and act on service gaps to improve service
• Receive continuous training and development to support career growth
