CT Applications Specialist – ANZ

About the role

The CT Applications Specialist for ANZ provides post‑sale CT installation, training and customer service, as well as technical and clinical support during the sales process. The role involves on‑site clinical in‑servicing, go‑live support and collaboration with sales and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical and clinical support throughout the CT sales cycle, including product demonstrations and clinical trials.
• Install, commission and train customers on CT equipment and software, and manage follow‑up training as needed.
• Monitor installations, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain relationships across the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain an image library for tenders, demos and presentations, and support marketing and KOL initiatives.
• Provide feedback on product enhancements, raise CSOs, and coordinate with service and product teams to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Qualified clinical or technical professional in Diagnostic Radiography or Medical Radiation Science.
• Minimum 3 years of CT clinical/technical experience; experience with GE CT platforms preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively within ANZ and nationally.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with ability to work in a team.

Required skills

• Clinical scanning proficiency on current CT platforms.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Fluency in English.
