About the role

Join My Cruises as a Cruise Sales Consultant in Broadbeach, where you will sell Fly, Stay & Cruise holiday packages and help customers create unforgettable travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

Convert inbound enquiries into sales for cruise, flight and accommodation bundles.
Collaborate with the Aftersales Team to ensure smooth post‑sale bookings and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

Strong customer service and retail experience with a passion for sales.
Excellent multitasking ability, high attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

Effective communication and relationship‑building skills.
Team‑oriented mindset and collaborative approach.
