CRM Manager (HubSpot)

About the role

Join Urbex’s national team to lead the vision, governance and hands‑on execution of our HubSpot CRM strategy as the company scales for significant growth.

Key responsibilities

• Evolve the CRM strategy and roadmap to align processes and tools with business goals.
• Serve as HubSpot administrator and SME, managing workflows, properties, pipelines, roles and documentation.
• Maintain data integrity, privacy compliance and governance aligned with BMD Group standards.
• Deliver dashboards and reports to support timely decision‑making.
• Partner with external providers for system enhancements and support.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years managing CRM platforms with hands‑on HubSpot expertise.
• Strong stakeholder management, change leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Interest in property development and alignment with Urbex’s collaborative, empowered, family‑focused and driven values.

Required skills

• HubSpot configuration, automation and reporting.
• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI or Tableau.
• Data governance and privacy best practices.
