Creative Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a fast‑paced, commercially‑focused Creative Strategist who can turn ideas into high‑performing visual content quickly. You will work on campaigns for top beauty, fashion and lifestyle brands, balancing speed with quality.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, design and edit graphics and video assets for TikTok, Meta and other digital platforms.
• Test, learn and refine content based on performance data and conversion metrics.
• Collaborate closely with strategists, performance marketers and creators to align creative with insight and brand goals.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of experience in graphic design, video editing or content creation.
• Hands‑on, detail‑oriented and able to produce high output without compromising quality.
• Curious about trends, data‑driven and focused on conversion.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience using Canva and CapCut.
• Ability to create performance‑focused content for TikTok, Meta and similar platforms.
