Creative Services Manager

About the role

The Creative Services Manager leads the development and delivery of visual communications for Dendy/Icon Group, supporting both cinema exhibition and film distribution activities. Reporting to the Head of Group Marketing, the role blends creative direction, hands‑on design, project management and stakeholder collaboration to drive audience growth and commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain consistent brand identities, guidelines and asset libraries across all cinema locations and distribution brands.
• Lead creative concepting and production for film releases, seasonal campaigns, events, loyalty initiatives and cinema‑specific marketing across digital, social, email, website, in‑cinema, outdoor and print channels.
• Oversee high‑quality graphic design, signage, presentations and other collateral, providing hands‑on execution when needed.
• Manage internal stakeholder relationships and external agencies, printers, photographers and videographers to ensure brief clarity, timely approvals and on‑budget delivery.
• Establish efficient creative workflows, digital asset management and continuous improvement processes to optimise cost and reuse.
• Coach and develop the creative team, setting clear priorities and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience managing busy, deadline‑driven creative teams or studio environments.
• Proven ability to take projects from brief through concept, production, approval and final delivery.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder‑influence skills.
• Commercial awareness of the film, cinema and entertainment market.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro.
• Experience with project‑management tools such as Mondays.com and Asana.
• Motion‑graphics capability (highly regarded).
• Expert understanding of typography, layout, brand systems and pre‑press requirements.
