CPAP Consultant – Part‑time (Geelong)

About the role

Join a growing team at CPAP Victoria and help improve the quality of life for people with chronic snoring and obstructive sleep apnea. This part‑time position is based in our Geelong clinic and includes comprehensive training.

Key responsibilities

• Provide face‑to‑face and telephone education and advice to sleep patients.
• Set up CPAP equipment, deliver ongoing service and ensure compliance with physician prescriptions.
• Report patient progress to referring physicians, hospitals and other medical providers.
• Handle over‑the‑counter sales, process online orders, invoice customers and perform general administration.
• Order, unpack and manage stock of CPAP supplies.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness, sterilise equipment and keep the consulting area immaculate.

Required profile

• Passion for helping others and a patient‑focused attitude.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and a solid work ethic.
• Compassionate, professional and ethical demeanor.
• High level of customer service skills.
• Confidence using computers and basic technology.
• Health, science, sales or marketing qualification is a plus, but not mandatory.
